Up for auction is a historical coin from the early period of the Second Austrian Republic — 2 Schilling 1946. This is Austria's first post-war coinage, carrying significant historical value.

Reverse: Large denomination 2 SCHILLING, the year 1946, framed by an elegant floral ornament featuring ears of wheat and a bunch of grapes.

The coin is in excellent collectible condition — VF+ / near XF (Very Fine+ / Extremely Fine).

All inscriptions, details of the vine leaves, and grape clusters are perfectly legible.
