Front Side: Lenticular image with a two-image flip effect:
o A bear playing an accordion against a yellow-green background with the inscription "КИСЛОВОДСК" (Kislovodsk).
o A clown in a blue tailcoat and checkered trousers with the inscription "ЦИРК" (Circus).
Back Side: Calendar grid for 1977 and publishing details:

Very Good / Excellent Collector's Condition (VF–XF):
o Front Side: Retains bright colors; plastic raster without deep cracks or creases, with minor traces of time along the very edge.
o Back Side: Clean, free of foreign marks, heavy stains, or scuffs. Corners are intact.
