Description (English)

Vintage Decorative Bowl / Candy Dish Vase in Mid-Century Modern style (1960s–1970s). Magnor Glassverk (Norway), Mid-Century Modern style. Dimensions: Height — 6.5 cm, Diagonal — 12 cm.

Material: Smoked art glass (Smokey Glass).

Technique: Hand-blown / hand-formed glass.

Manufacturer: Produced by Magnor factory (Magnor Glassverk, Norway).

Design & Shape: Sculptural organic form with a massive cross-shaped base ("four-legged" structure) and a softly curved, wide upper rim. The item features an original organic shape: a solid cross base smoothly transitions into an elegant expanding rim. Crafted using free-form hand blowing.

Key Features: Due to the thick layer of glass at the base, the piece possesses excellent stability and expressive optical light refraction.
