Soviet illustrated postal envelope dedicated to the II Spartakiad of the Peoples of the USSR.

Date of event: 16 August 1959, Moscow (G-277) — indicated on the special cancellation.

Illustration: track and field athletes (hurdles), stylized stadium image, Spartakiad emblem elements.

Stamp denomination: 25 kopecks (green stamp featuring a runner).

Special postmarks reading “Spartakiad of the Peoples of the USSR. Final II…” indicating cancellation during the competition period.
