Antique Postcard "Salomé" (Richard Publishing), 1904–1914

Description: An authentic collectible postcard from the early 20th century, issued in the Russian Empire. The front features a reproduction of the painting "Salomé" by the renowned artist Leopold Schmutzler , depicting the biblical scene of the heroine with the head of John the Baptist.

Period: 1904–1914 (issued before Saint Petersburg was renamed Petrograd).

Publisher: The prestigious "Richard" publishing house, Saint Petersburg.

Printer: "R. Golike and A. Wilborg" Partnership — supplier to the Imperial Court.

Condition: Good collectible condition. The reverse side is unused (unposted). It shows minor signs of age, such as slight yellowing and minimal wear on the corners, but the image remains vibrant.

A piece of significant artistic and historical value.
