Description (English)
A silver 15-kopek coin from 1904, struck during the reign of Emperor Nicholas II at the Saint Petersburg Mint. It is made of .500 fineness silver (billon). The standard weight is approximately 2.7 grams (containing 1.35 g of pure silver), with a diameter of 19.7 mm. The reverse features the denomination "15" in the center, flanked by two six-pointed stars. Below are the word "KOPEEK" (копеекъ), a decorative divider, the mint year "1904," and the mint mark "S.P.B." (с.п.б.). A wreath of laurel (left) and oak (right) branches runs along the edge. The obverse features the initials "A.R." (Alexander Redko) under the eagle's claws, who served as the mintmaster in 1904.
